Labor Relation Officer

The Labor Relations Officer / Employee Relations Officer is responsible for maintaining a positive and compliant work environment by managing employee relations concerns, resolving workplace issues, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies. This role serves as a key link between management and employees, handling grievances, complaints, and disciplinary cases while conducting thorough investigations and recommending appropriate actions. The position also involves guiding supervisors and managers on employee relations matters, facilitating conflict resolution, maintaining accurate documentation of incidents and cases, and supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Additionally, the officer promotes employee engagement, assists in improving workplace culture, and may coordinate with legal counsel or external agencies when necessary. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, or any related field, with strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of labor laws and regulations, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
