Sales Engineer

JOB SUMMARY

1. Contribute to the group through the promotion of sales / marketing;
2. Marketing and sale of the products of the Company, Group and Affiliates;
3. Set up plan how to marketing strategies corresponding to the Item No. 2;
4. The retrieval of accounts receivable;

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

1. To handle from Inquiry to payment collection. 
2. Maintain and expand our existing customer base. 
3. Pursue sales lead, promote TOWA products and conclude order with professionalism. 
4. Feedbacks and reports on all sales related activities and market information. 
5. Develop and maintain strong relationship with key customers and to develop new markets. 
6. Develops and identify new sales opportunities or prospective clients. 
7. Conducts sales presentations with potential and existing customers. 
8. Prepares proposal, strategy and sales report every day, week and monthly.
9. To undertake other duties as maybe requested by the management from time to time.
10. Attends to after sales service to ensure customer satisfaction. 
11. Define and implement strategies for market penetration. 
12. Monitoring competitive and business activities. 
13. To provide Sales forecast every month. 
14. Fostering of friendly relationship with users 
15. Determination of the specifications of orders and acquisition of DWG and other related documents.
16. Support for the resolution of quality problems and specifications 
17. Negotiations on the price and deliver of inquiry 
18. Arrangement of buy-off material 
19. Buy-off arrangement 
20. Acquisition of shipping order 
21. Special orders from the President
22. To communicate directly with the President

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or College Degree in any Engineering-related course
• Work Experience:
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Semiconductor Equipment (OEM)
• Experience in  backend operations is highly desirable
• Skills and Competencies:
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Energetic, dynamic, and highly customer-oriented
• Able to work independently, with a high degree of initiative and professionalism
• Personal Traits:
• Must exhibit SMART characteristics:  Specific ,  Measurable ,  Aggressive ,  Realistic , and  Time-bound
• Other Requirements:
• With own vehicle is an advantage;
• Willing and able to travel frequently
