Sales Support Engineer
Buoyant Industrial Systems, Inc.
1. Support the Sales Team in generating business leads and opportunities
2. Assist the Sales Team with comprehensive application processes, encompassing all stages from proposal development to startup and commissioning
3. Accompany the Sales Team during technical discussions, presentations, and throughout the startup and commissioning phases, collaborating with selected subcontractors
4. Prepare detailed installation cost sheets in coordination with subcontractors
5. Develop cost sheets and quotations for various projects
6. Provide technical site support to address any issues that may arise post-project startup and commissioning
7. Analyze project requirements and proposals to ensure compliance with performance, energy efficiency, and sustainability standards
8. Prepare equipment selections, sketches, and drawings for space planning, along with other necessary documentation
9. Manage projects from the bidding stage through to successful startup and commissioning
10. Review and recommend appropriate solutions for the effective use, installation, and best practices in design and application based on identified business leads
11. Collaborate with the Sales and Purchasing teams to formulate quotations from suppliers
12. Report directly to the Sales and Business Department Manager
1. Graduate of 5-year Engineering course preferably in BSME
2. Knowledgeable in HVAC System; has both Sales and Technical expertise
3. At least 2-3 years experience in Sales preferable in HVAC Industry
Required Skills:
1. Great negotiation skills
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office and can interpret CAD drawings
3. Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
4. Has strong organizational and interpersonal skills
5. Results-oriented, flexible, able to multi-task, works efficiently, has keen attention to details, can work under pressure
6. Willing to travel; with valid driver’s license
Required Experience:
1. At least two (2) years experience as Mechanical Engineer,Sales Engineer or any HVAC related position
2. Knowledgeable in HVAC industry and ISO standards
