Sales Specialist

- Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outreach.
- Utilize various tools and platforms to gather lead information.
- Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff.
- Track and report on lead generation metrics to optimize strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of B2B sales experience in the aerospace manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of aerospace products, manufacturing processes, and industry standards (such as AS9100, ISO 9001, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with high-level executives and technical teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales forecasting tools.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events.
