Role Overview

Provide timely, high-quality support to platform users by delivering exceptional customer service and effective issue resolution while ensuring compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service Excellence

• Maintain a customer-first mindset in all interactions.
• Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism when assisting users.
• Deliver a positive customer experience by resolving concerns efficiently and accurately.

Communication Skills

• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Clearly articulate ideas and explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
• Practice active listening to fully understand user concerns before providing solutions.

Problem-Solving

• Quickly identify issues and provide effective, practical solutions.
• Utilize analytical thinking, sound judgment, and creativity to resolve user concerns.
• Escalate concerns appropriately when necessary.

Confidentiality and Data Privacy

• Protect user privacy and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Adhere to company policies, data privacy requirements, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Handle customer information with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.

Work Arrangement

• Shift Schedule: Rotating Schedule
• Rest Days: Rotating Rest Days
• Work Location: Quezon Cyberpark Tower 3

Email And Chat Support

SHS/HS Graduate/College Undergraduate with atleast 6 months Voice or Email Chat support experience or;

Graduate with/ without BPO experience;

Confident with typing speed and accuracy

Willing to work full onsite in Cubao

Quezon City

Mandaluyong

Taguig
