Role Description
Kickstart your career in customer service! We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to provide excellent support, resolve customer concerns, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
- Resolve customer concerns accurately and professionally.
- Provide product and service information while maintaining quality standards.
- Document customer interactions and follow company processes.
- Meet performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
- College Graduate with or without work experience; or
- Completed at least 2 years in College with 6 months of customer service-related experience .
- Above-average English communication skills.
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good comprehension and active listening skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Customer-focused with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
