Role Description
As a Customer Service Representative , you will provide professional customer support for an international television account through voice interactions. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve concerns, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience while meeting established quality and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound voice calls from international customers.
- Address customer inquiries and service-related concerns professionally.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions based on customer needs.
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
- Follow account procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
- Escalate complex concerns when necessary.
- Meet required quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and attendance metrics .
- Work on a shifting schedule , including weekends and holidays when required.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or higher.
- At least 6 months of BPO Customer Service experience .
- Experience handling an International Voice Account is preferred.
- Good English communication skills with a minimum CEFR B2 proficiency.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule .
- Applicants should be willing to work on-site in Bridgetowne, Quezon City .
