The Customer Service Representative role at XMC Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Cebu. Qualifications
- With or without experience
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
- Understanding of Customer Experience and the ability to manage customer interactions effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment in Pasig City
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is advantageous
