Position: Customer Service Associate - (Financial Account)

Location: Taguig City/Pasig City
Salary Offer: Php30,000-Php40,000
Work Schedule: Nightshift Schedule
Work Set Up: Work Onsite
- Answering customer questions about accounts, transactions, and financial products.
- Dealing with customer grievances, fixing problems, and offering answers or different choices.
- Helping with the opening, verification, and updating of accounts.
- Managing payments, withdrawals, and other transactions related to accounts.
- Upholding a solid comprehension of financial products and services in order to aid customers proficiently.
- Precisely recording customer dealings and transactions
- Additional tasks might be allocated by the direct supervisor.
- Open for High School Graduates and College Undergraduates
- At least 2 years of experience in financial account or a within a BPO company
- Willing to work on a nightshift schedule
- Amenable to work on site (Taguig and/or Ortigas)
- Can start as soon as possible
