Description - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide information regarding promotions and services.
- Maintain customer records and update account information as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: No prior experience required
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, Customer Relationship Management, Attention to Detail
- Qualities and Traits: Creative Problem Solving, Interpersonal Skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Sales Support, Customer Support
- Working Conditions: Standard office environment with potential remote work opportunities
