Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Posting jobs, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing new hire onboarding.
- Employee Administration: Maintaining personnel records, managing HRIS data, and handling employment contracts.
- Payroll & Benefits: Processing payroll, administering benefits, insurance, and retirement plans.
- Employee Relations: Addressing employee queries, resolving conflicts, and managing performance reviews.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal labor laws. AIHR
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in HR software (HRIS).
- Experience: Previous experience in HR roles is typically required, often with knowledge of multiple HR facets.
