Description - Review and analyze project documents to prepare accurate estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to understand project requirements.
- Research and source materials, labor, and equipment costs.
- Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and presentations for management and clients.
- Assist in the evaluation of contractor bids and proposals.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience Level: Entry Level (0–2 years)
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional site visits
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing project conditions
