Facilities Supervisor

Description - Oversee day-to-day facilities operations to ensure a safe and functional environment.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to facilities management.
- Manage facility-related projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- With hands-on experience in facilities operations, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
- Ability to supervise technicians and contractors across multiple disciplines.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and O&M manuals.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated competence in supervising facilities operations within a semiconductor manufacturing environment, ensuring uninterrupted support to production processes.
- Strong technical expertise in critical utility systems including HVAC, cleanroom environmental controls, chilled water, compressed air, vacuum, process exhaust, and specialty gas support systems
