Auxiliary Site Supervisor

Responsibilities - Site Supervision: Monitoring construction activities to ensure compliance with design drawings, method statements, and building codes.
- Documentation & Reporting: Preparing daily, weekly, or monthly progress reports, and collecting data for Request for Information (RFI) or Variations.
- Coordination: Assisting with technical, progress, and safety meetings, and coordinating with subcontractors and consultants.
- Technical Assistance: Utilizing software like AutoCAD or Revit to develop and modify 2D/3D project drawings.
- Material and Cost Control: Assisting with material requisition, tracking, and managing inventory to reduce wastage.
- Quality Assurance: Conducting inspections and site measurements to verify work accuracy.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous site experience is preferred, often 1-3 years, but many roles are suitable for junior engineers.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, surveying instruments, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills for stakeholder coordination, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
