Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of technicians, engineers, or technical staff.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment or systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Prepare reports on technical operations, project status, and resource utilization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a technical environment.
- Strong knowledge of relevant systems, equipment, or technologies.
