We are looking for a results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. You will work closely with clients and hiring managers to meet staffing needs, particularly in the healthcare industry.
Qualification:
Must have experience hiring U.S. healthcare professionals, especially:
* US Registered Nurses (USRNs)
* U.S. Travel Nurses
* Community Nurses
* Other U.S. healthcare staffing roles
* Uses advanced sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and healthcare databases.
