Description
The RPO Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for managing the recruitment process for U.S. healthcare professionals.
- Experience: At least 1–3 years in U.S. healthcare recruitment.
- Hiring Expertise: Must have experience recruiting U.S. healthcare professionals, particularly U.S. Registered Nurses (USRNs), U.S. Travel Nurses, Community Nurses, and other U.S. healthcare staffing roles.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Capable of handling sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for U.S. clients.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Builds and maintains pipelines of specialized clinical talent to support high-volume hiring needs.
- Sourcing Tools: Proficient in advanced sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and healthcare databases.
- Compliance: Ensures candidates meet U.S. credentialing, licensure, and compliance standards.
- Collaboration & Metrics: Works in a metrics-driven RPO environment and collaborates effectively with hiring managers, onboarding, and credentialing teams.
