Work setup: Hybrid after training
Training: Onsite for 6 weeks
Shift: Night shift / shifting schedule
Start date: April 6
Headcount: 14
Note: Former Teleperformance employees are not eligible for rehire
Job Responsibilities
- Handle end to end recruitment for US healthcare accounts
- Source screen interview and endorse candidates
- Recruit US Registered Nurses US Travel Nurses and other healthcare professionals
- Build and maintain strong healthcare talent pipeline
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter job boards and sourcing tools
- Work in high volume RPO recruitment environment
- Coordinate with hiring managers onboarding and credentialing teams
- Ensure candidates meet US compliance and licensing requirements
- Meet recruitment targets and hiring metrics
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years experience in US healthcare recruitment
- Experience hiring USRN Travel Nurses or healthcare staff
- Experience in RPO or BPO recruitment preferred
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to work night shift
- Willing to work hybrid in McKinley
- Willing to complete onsite training for 6 weeks
- Former Teleperformance employees are not eligible
