Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT requisitions for different industries such as FMCG and Pharmaceutical.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and field recruitment activities
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and assist in decision-making.
- Maintain a pool of active and passive candidates for future hiring needs.
- Conduct job offers, negotiations, and onboarding support.
- Partner with operations team to understand manpower requirements.
- Ensure timely deployment of hires to assigned store locations.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns
Qualifications/Experience:
- Proven experience in recruitment; experience in retail or merchandising is an advantage
- Strong sourcing and networking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously
Education Level/Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
