Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or any related course
- 3–5 years proven experience in selling Non-Life Insurance Sales or HMO/Medical
- Background in customer service and client relationship management
- Knowledgeable in various non-life insurance products (e.g., Motor, Fire, Marine, Liability, Property, Engineering)
- Amenable to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
- Available to start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business by actively engaging prospective clients and promoting non-life insurance products
- Conduct client needs analysis and recommend suitable insurance coverage and protection plans
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and policy documentation
- Build, manage, and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure retention and repeat business
- Coordinate with underwriting and claims teams for policy processing and servicing
- Monitor policy renewals and provide after-sales support
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and sales reports
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
