Procurement Officer
Full-time
Philmed Dynasty Corp.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to both team members and clients.
- Obtain price quotes; place purchase orders; receive goods into inventory.
- Resolve discrepancies between purchase order, purchase receipt and purchase invoice.
- Maintain historical records of items purchased, prices, delivery and shipping costs.
- Maintain quality service by following organizational procedures.
- Monitoring and coordination of delivery status to customers or offsite warehouses.
- Track delivery from overseas shipment.
- Coordinates with other team departments in relation to the delivery shipment.
- Handle end to end procurement.
- And other tasks that may be assigned.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Trustworthy and dependable
- Resourceful and proactive
- Willingness to perform fieldwork
- Can start ASAP
