Job Title: Procurement Buyer Team Lead
Location: Onsite – Client’s Premise, Sucat, Parañaque

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and coordinate a small team of buyers, assigning tasks and monitoring workload.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and day-to-day support to your team.
- Monitor team performance and KPIs, helping your team improve and grow.
- Handle procurement activities, ensuring timely purchase and delivery of goods.
- Collaborate with other departments to keep operations smooth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience supervising or leading a small team is required.
- Previous experience in procurement or a related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, dependable, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
