Credit and Collection Officer

- Manage and monitor accounts receivable.
- Conduct credit assessments for new clients.
- Contact clients for outstanding payments.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.
- Maintain accurate records of collections activities.
- Collaborate with the finance team for reporting.
- Educational Qualifications: Must have at least a High School or Senior High School degree.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; entry-level position.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, computer proficient, and ability to multitask effectively.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage customer accounts, collect payments, track outstanding debts, and communicate with clients regarding their accounts.
