Description - Manage the credit and collection process for assigned accounts.
- Conduct thorough credit analysis to assess client creditworthiness.
- Negotiate payment terms and conditions with clients to ensure timely collections.
- Document all collection activities and maintain accurate reports.
- Perform skip tracing to locate and contact clients with overdue accounts.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in credit and collections.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in credit analysis, skip tracing, and documentation.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to fieldwork and repossess items as required.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong negotiation skills and ability to work independently.
