Sales and Marketing Officer

Responsibilities - Data and Records Management: Update customer databases, manage CRM software inputs, and organize digital document repositories.
- Sales Support: Process orders, track shipments or deliveries, and handle client billing inquiries.
- Marketing Support: Coordinate promotional materials, assist in event planning, and update digital collateral or price lists.
- Vendor and Logistics Coordination: Track purchase requests, liaise with external suppliers, and monitor inventory levels.
- Reporting: Compile weekly or monthly metrics on sales progress, campaign performance, and budget tracking.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in a commercial operations, sales support, or administrative role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong data-entry accuracy.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational abilities, clear verbal communication, and multitasking capability.
