Cencora seeks an IT operations professional to support project setup and maintenance activities in Manila. The role involves applying IT governance practices, coordinating cross-team dependencies, analyzing operational issues, and improving processes to strengthen delivery reliability and team effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Apply IT business operations and governance practices to support planning, reporting, compliance, and execution
- Coordinate governance routines, project support activities, and cross-team dependencies to maintain alignment
- Communicate requirements, status, risks, and tradeoffs with team members and partner teams
- Analyze operational and governance issues to identify root causes and recommend practical solutions
- Monitor operational metrics and governance checkpoints to identify gaps and improve delivery reliability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT strategy, planning, operations, governance, or related field
- IT service management certification such as ITIL preferred
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred
- Scaled Agile Framework Scrum Master (SAFe) or equivalent certification preferred
