Multi – Skilled Maintenance Specialist
Responsible for planning and execution base on the specialty and task given by the Team Leader for GAOC Group of Companies
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- CoMulti – Skilled Maintenance Specialist consultation with the team leader and staff onsite concerns.
- Receiving and monitoring of the given task
- Inspection, identifies and resolve the concern of each site
- Troubleshoot, execution and reporting each and every given task
- Perform maintaining and support in every equipment keeping sure that its working properly
- Orders and procure materials needed for repairs and maintenance especially with the emergency situations
- Performs all around maintenance duties as company needed in every requirement and given tasks
- Conducting preventive maintenance and safety environment
Job Conditions:
- This role involves long hours of standing and roving around the assigned location / branch
- This role involves might be required an extended working hours
- Prolonged periods standing and walking.
- Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
Experience/Others:
- Knowledgeable in skilled construction and development related such as but not limited to
- Installation, troubleshooting and repair works

Mother Boards and Circuits
- Knowledgeable in Dental related set up such as but not limited to dental machines (
- Dental Chairs
- Xray Machines
- Gcomm Camera
- Sterilization Machines - Melag
- Compressors
- HVAC
- Laser Machines
- Handpiece
- Scaler and Air polish machines
Trainings and Certification is a plus:
- Safety Offer Level 1 to 3
- Certified AC Technician NC 1 to 3
- Certified Electrician NC 1 to 3
Qualifications:
- With previous experience in any of the following: Electrical, Plumbing, AC Tech, Painting, Carpentry
- Responsible Individual and easy to work with
- Willing to work on-site, 6 days/week
- Willing to rotate and reporting in Rosario, Pasig City
- Willing to start immediately
