Utility Worker and Office Maintenance (NCII - Electrical)

Job Overview:
We’re looking for a reliable and proactive team player who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and fully functional workspace. This role is ideal for someone who values hands-on work, supports team operations, and is open to developing technical skills, especially in basic electrical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of office spaces
- Perform routine cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitation as needed
- Respond to and clean spills using proper equipment
- Assist in minor repairs and basic electrical tasks (for NC II Electrician holders)
- Purchase and secure requested company materials and equipment
- Support day-to-day operational needs of the team and management
- Provide assistance to co-workers when required
- Carry out additional tasks assigned by the immediate superior
Qualifications:
- At least High School graduate or vocational course graduate
- NC II Certification in Electrical Installation and Maintenance.
- Previous experience as a utility staff or similar role is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in cleaning tools, equipment, and safety practices
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willing to do field work when needed
- Open to shifting schedules
