The team provides hardwood flooring installation, refinishing, repairs, custom stair work, material supply, and commercial and large-scale flooring services.We are a growing, project-focused business that values quality work, reliability, organization, and strong relationships with clients and project partners.About the RoleTantalus Floors is looking for a Remote Project Coordinator based in the Philippines to provide reliable back-office support and help keep projects, information, and day-to-day operations organized.This role will work closely with the leadership team to coordinate tasks, track follow-ups, organize project information, support planning, and help ensure nothing falls through the cracks.The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable with technology, team-oriented, and naturally proactive about figuring out what needs to happen next.What You'll DoInitial ResponsibilitiesComplete quantity takeoffs from plans and project informationAssist with preparing project estimatesHelp prepare and organize invoicesAssist with project scheduling and maintaining schedule informationOrganize project documents, measurements, estimates, and related informationReview project details and make sure required information is complete and organizedSupport the development and implementation of estimating, takeoff, invoicing, and scheduling systemsMaintain accurate project records and documentationFollow established processes and help identify opportunities to improve themProvide reliable administrative and project support to the ownerWhat We're Looking For2-3+ years of experience with construction estimating, quantity takeoffs, project coordination, or construction administrationAbility to read and interpret construction plans and project informationStrong attention to detail and accuracyHighly organized with strong follow-throughComfortable working with spreadsheets, software, and digital toolsStrong written and verbal English communication skillsAble to work independently and manage assigned tasks remotelyComfortable learning new systems and processesReliable and responsive when working with a remote teamPreferred QualificationsExperience with residential construction or remodelingExperience preparing flooring, finish, or material takeoffsExperience with estimating or construction management softwareExperience with invoicing and project schedulingExperience working with Canadian, U.S., or other North American construction companiesThe Person We're Looking ForYou are someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to make sure the details are right.You take pride in accurate work, stay organized, and don't need to be reminded about every task.
