Position: Mandarin Admin Assistant Industry: Digital Entertainment Firm Location: BGC, Taguig Schedule: Dayshift Schedule Salary: Php 90,000-Php 100,000 Work Set-up: Work On-site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

  • Open to Filipino or Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin & English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Having 3–5 years of relevant work experience in administrative, coordination, or support roles.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Having experience working with Fil-Chinese communities or bilingual capability (Mandarin/Fookien) is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

  • Provide daily administrative and clerical support to the Fil-Chi / Mandarin-speaking department.
  • Act as the primary bridge between Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and local teams
  • Ensure clear and culturally appropriate communication with Chinese stakeholders
  • Translate documents and communications from Mandarin to English and vice versa.
  • Assist in meetings by providing interpretation when necessary.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external Chinese partners or clients.
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and departmental calendars
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and necessary documentation
  • Maintain and organise files, records, and confidential documents
  • Monitor tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion
  • Support daily operations and assist in project coordination
