Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin at a Conversational level. Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak English and Tagalog. Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent. Open to Fresh graduates with Organizational experience during college. Must be willing to do field work within the area of assignment. Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation)RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
Assist the Territory Sales Manager in leading, managing, and developing employees’ performances in every department. Communicates and executes sales strategies to help increase sales revenue. Train and guide sales staff to focus on the store’s sales strategies as per company standards. Converse and translate in Mandarin and English languages Build good relationships with clients/dealers to ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Develop positive relationships with clients, dealers, and mall admin. Creates, communicates, and executes a vision for the sales team, establishing direction and providing context for sales activities. Leads manages and develops employees’ performances in every department such as rank & File employee, Supervisory, and managerial posts. Assist Sales Managers in the development of sales and marketing plans, forecasting, performance management, etc; measure and track results. Understand and support sales policies and producers to provide proper and effective treatment to all customers. Implement policies, procedures, and sales strategies in the region. Increase sales revenue of specific handled regions. Report on the progress of goals and objectives. Maintains contracts with all clients to ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Receives and resolves customer complaints and problems in a timely manner. Provide support as needed in the various departments, including reporting, data entry, presentation creation, strategic planning, and customer service as needed.RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
