Position: Mandarin Admin HR Manager Company Industry: Entertainment Inland Gaming Operator Work Location: BGC, Taguig City Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | (Monday-Friday at 9 am-6 pm) Salary: Php 100,000-Php 120,000 Work Set Up: Work On-site

Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Having a minimum of 5–8 years of experience in HR and Administration, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Knowledgeable in labor laws, compliance regulations, and procurement processes. Strong leadership and people management skillsRESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
Mandarin Admin HR Manager will lead the full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategies. Mandarin Admin HR Manager is responsible for managing employee relations, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions. Responsible for supervising daily administrative and office operations to ensure efficiency. Mandarin Admin HR Manager: Oversee administrative staff and support services. Ensure compliance with labor laws and relevant government regulations. Coordinate with legal teams, government agencies, and external auditors as required. Oversee procurement processes, implement purchasing controls, and ensure cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and suppliers for operational needs. Maintain workplace safety standards and protocols. Manage lease agreements and other property-related documentation.RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
