REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak Mandarin and English. Bachelor’s degree graduate in any course. Having experience in supporting senior executives or founders. Having experience in cross-border or multinational environments. Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Knowledgeable in MS Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:

Oversee executive calendars, coordinating meetings and travel plans to optimize time and productivity. Arrange and facilitate senior-level meetings, board sessions, and cross-department updates. Develop meeting agendas, document minutes, and monitor follow-up actions. Monitor project progress, including timelines, key milestones, and deliverables across various initiatives. Perform research tasks and compile concise briefing materials and reports. Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion. Serve as the primary liaison between internal project teams and external stakeholders.
