JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English. Open to foreign nationals who require a working visa. Open to undergraduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in any course. Having an Executive Assistant to a CEO or senior executive is a big advantage. With background or skills in preparing strategic presentations, business proposals, or investor reports. With handling confidential information and professional correspondence.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mandarin CEO Executive Support will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO, while handling Mandarin communication with stakeholders, partners, and internal teams. Mandarin CEO Executive Support will manage the CEO’s calendar, such as scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings. Mandarin CEO Executive Support will prepare, review, and refine documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Serves as the professional liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders. Handles and safeguards highly confidential information with discretion and integrity. Prepares and delivers clear, concise summaries, reports, and analyses to support executive decision-making.RECRUITMENT PROCESS: (FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW)
