Sales Leader - Strategic Partnerships

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Leader to drive the adoption of the GreenGSM platform through strategic partnerships with companies across multiple industries. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, engage, negotiate, and manage corporate partnerships that encourage organizations to integrate, promote, and utilize the GreenGSM app/platform within their workforce, customer base, or business operations.
The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder with a proven track record in B2B sales, business development, and partnership management. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, consultative selling, and execution excellence to expand GreenGSM’s market presence and revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership Development
- Identify and target companies, organizations, and industry partners that can benefit from the GreenGSM platform.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to increase platform adoption and usage.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective partners and strategic accounts.
- Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities and industry trends.
Business Development & Sales
- Lead end-to-end sales activities, including prospecting, presentations, proposal development, negotiations, and contract execution.
- Position GreenGSM as a valuable solution that supports business, mobility, sustainability, and employee engagement objectives.
- Achieve and exceed partnership acquisition and revenue targets.
- Develop customized partnership programs tailored to the needs of different industries and organizations.
Relationship Management
- Establish strong relationships with decision-makers, executives, HR leaders, sustainability teams, operations managers, and procurement stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners.
- Ensure successful onboarding and long-term engagement of partner organizations.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, and expanded collaboration.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Product, and Customer Success teams to support partner acquisition and retention.
- Provide market feedback to improve GreenGSM products, services, and partnership offerings.
- Collaborate on campaigns, events, and promotional activities that drive partner engagement.
Performance Management & Reporting
- Track partnership performance, sales metrics, and platform adoption rates.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business reviews.
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and partner satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, strategic partnerships, or account management.
- Proven experience building and managing corporate partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with technology platforms, digital solutions, or mobility-related services is preferred.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies independently.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
