Position: Food Manufacturing Manager Company Industry: Food Manufacturing / FMCG Work Location: Santolan, Pasig City Work Schedule: Shifting Salary: From Php 50,000 per month Work Set Up: On‑site Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or any related field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven leadership experience in production management within food manufacturing or FMCG environments
- Strong technical background in food processing equipment, automated packaging lines, and large‑scale formulation processes
- Solid grasp of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices
- Excellent leadership, problem‑solving, and accountability skills; able to manage diverse teams across multiple shifts
