Brand Marketing Manager for Food

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen brand identity, positioning, and market presence.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels (social media, ads, promotions, events).
- Oversee content creation, ensuring consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to guide marketing strategies.
- Manage product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using KPIs, and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Build partnerships, influencer collaborations, and brand activations to increase visibility.
- Ensure all branding and marketing materials are aligned with company standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
