Food & Beverage R&d Specialist

Responsibilities
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain technical data, kitchen test results, and compliance files that adhere to FDA regulations and BRCGS standards.
- Systems & Tracking: Manage tracking systems for formulations, nutritional labeling, and ERP master data to ensure accurate inventory and pricing.
- Collaboration: Support Food Technologists and Chefs during kitchen evaluations, pilot trials, and production runs
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Degree in Food Technology or related fields.
- Experience: 1–2 years in food manufacturing/FMCG documentation; fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong record-keeping, familiarity with ERP systems, and meticulous handling of confidential data
