Construction Technician

Jobcrest Management Inc.
- Monitors civil works (such as fit out, renovation, etc.) assigned to subcon
- Checks on quality of materials and conformance to specifications according to BOM & plan
- Prepares and submits progress report to Project Supervisor
- Complies to safety standards and use of PPE's
- Ensures that subcon personnel are complying to safety practices
- Graduate of Civil Technology course
- Knows how to read/interpret plan
- Knowledgeable in Auto CAD
- With or without work experience
- Willing to work on shifting work schedule
- Reside within Laguna & Batangas areas
