Construction Safety Manager

Description - Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for construction projects.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of job sites.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and prevent future occurrences.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 10+ years of experience in safety management within the construction industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and ensure compliance.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in various outdoor environments and conditions.
