Sales and Accounts Manager (Construction and Fabrication)

Job Summary:

Hulma Manila Inc., a reputable leader in construction and fabrication services, is seeking an experienced and strategic Sales & Accounts Manager to lead our sales team and

oversee key client accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, expanding market share, maintaining strong client

relationships, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. This role requires leadership, industry expertise, and a comprehensive understanding of construction and

fabrication business dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Leadership:

· Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals to increase market penetration and revenue.

· Identify new business opportunities within the construction and fabrication sectors through market analysis, networking, and industry research.

· Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.

· Set sales targets, monitor team performance, and provide coaching and guidance to improve eFectiveness.

· Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.

Account Management & Client Relations:

· Oversee major client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

· Act as the primary escalation point for client issues and coordinate solutions internally.

· Negotiate contracts, proposals, and pricing agreements to secure profitable deals.

· Conduct regular review meetings with clients to assess satisfaction, identify additional needs and explore upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

· Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services and projects in collaboration with project internal teams.

Business Development & Market Expansion:

· Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.

· Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and forecast future sales performance.

· Represent Hulma Manila Inc. at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company's services.

Collaboration & Reporting:

· Coordinate with project management, engineering, and technical teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and met.

· Prepare and present sales reports, market analysis, and strategic plans to senior management.

· Monitor and report on sales KPIs, pipeline health, and account performance metrics.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Construction

· Management, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

· Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales management within the construction, fabrication, or related industry.

· Demonstrated success in managing large accounts and leading sales teams.

· Strong knowledge of construction and fabrication processes, materials, and industry standards.

· Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in Internal Software, MS OFice, and sales analytics tools.

· Strategic thinker with strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales targets.
