Psychology Faculty

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Psychology Faculty member to teach psychology courses, mentor students, and contribute to the academic, research, and service functions of the institution.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Teach undergraduate psychology courses and prepare instructional materials.
- Develop and update course syllabi and learning resources.
- Assess and evaluate student performance.
- Provide academic advising and mentorship to students.
- Conduct research and participate in scholarly activities.
- Engage in community extension and institutional programs.
- Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and accreditation activities.
- Perform other related duties assigned by the Dean or Academic Head.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology; doctoral degree is an advantage.
- Licensed Psychologist or Licensed Psychometrician is preferred, required by institutional policies.
- Teaching experience in higher education is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and research skills.
- Commitment to student learning and academic excellence
- Knowledgeable in outcomes-based education (OBE) and CHED standards.
- With good communication skills, professional integrity, and good moral character.
- Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT) is an advantage.
