Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a creative and analytical professional who can manage multiple channels, from websites and SEO to email campaigns and social media while driving measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Website & SEO Management
Manage and maintain two primary company websites
Lead website design updates, enhancements, and ongoing edits
Create and publish blogs, landing pages, and new content
Implement and optimize SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and rankings
Email Marketing & Outreach
Develop and execute targeted email campaigns
Create and distribute weekly newsletters
Manage outreach strategies to drive engagement and lead generation
Track and optimize outbound marketing KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions, etc.)
Social Media Management
Oversee and grow presence across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), and Threads
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content
Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels
Video Content Creation
Produce and edit video content for YouTube and social platforms
Create short-form (1–2 minute) video clips for marketing campaigns
Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling visual storytelling
Requirements
Proficiency in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or technology sectors
Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and website management tools (WordPress / CMS)
Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management
Proficiency in social media strategy and analytics
Basic video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar tools)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and data-driven
