Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist designs and manages integrated marketing campaigns that support business and sales objectives through demand generation, brand awareness, and partner engagement initiatives. The role is responsible for campaign strategy, content and asset development, execution,stakeholder collaboration, and performance monitoring to drive measurable marketing and business results.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns that align with business, sales, and brand objectives.
- Deliver high-quality marketing campaigns and assets that drive engagement, awareness, and lead generation.
- Build strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Product Teams, Sales Teams, Principal, Vendors, Resellers & Event partners) to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and continuously optimizing marketing performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in brand marketing, marketing communications, campaign management, digital marketing, or integrated marketing.
- Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing vendor, principal, partner, or channel marketing programs is preferred.
- Experience in the IT and/or Tech Industry is a plus.
- Experience supporting events, lead
- generation, demand generation, and brand awareness initiatives.
