What You’ll Do:
The Influencer Marketing Specialist is responsible for leading influencer and celebrity partnership initiatives to support brand campaigns and drive business growth. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with agencies and talent management teams, managing negotiations and contract execution, and overseeing the end-to-end coordination of collaborations. The specialist ensures seamless execution of campaigns from onboarding through launch, while maintaining alignment with brand objectives and delivering high-impact results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain direct connections with influencer and celebrity agencies or management teams.
- Handle partnership inquiries, quotation requests, and commercial negotiations.
- Negotiate rates and contractual terms to ensure cost efficiency.
- Manage contract signing and coordination of collaboration details.
- Follow up on execution timelines to ensure a smooth campaign launch.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in business development or influencer/celebrity partnership.
- Must have contacts with influencer or celebrity agencies/management teams.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Outgoing, persuasive, quick-thinking, and energetic.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
