Marketing Specialist

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing initiatives across traditional and digital channels. This role focuses on driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting business growth through strategic campaigns, partnerships, and direct client engagement.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Events & Activations
- Plan and manage customer events, brand activations, and lead generation activities
- Ensure seamless execution and strong audience engagement
Lead Generation & Conversion
- Design and implement lead generation strategies across channels
- Track, manage and nurture leads in coordination with the sales team
Partnerships & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with affiliates, partners, and key stakeholders
- Develop and execute affiliate and relationship marketing programs
Campaign Execution
- Implement marketing campaigns using flyers, banners, TV, radio, print, and out-of-home (OOH) channels
- Coordinate production and deployment of marketing collaterals and media placements
Content & Presentation Development
- Develop compelling AVP (audio-visual presentation) materials and marketing presentations
- Deliver initial presentations to target companies and prospective clients
Digital & PR Initiatives
- Execute digital PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and credibility
- Support online campaigns, content distribution, and engagement efforts
Performance Monitoring
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Optimize marketing efforts based on data and results
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field
Relevant Experience
Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a similar role
