Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support the execution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. This role is ideal for someone who has a solid foundation in digital marketing, enjoys analyzing campaign performance, and is eager to develop expertise in performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Assist in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and overall performance.
- Support campaign setup, duplication, optimization, and creative testing.
- Assist in audience segmentation and A/B testing initiatives.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), lead quality, and campaign results.
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis.
- Assist with campaign forecasting and documentation.
Tracking & Technical Support
- Perform quality assurance checks on landing pages and campaign tracking.
- Assist in monitoring Meta Pixel, Google conversion tracking, and UTM parameters.
- Maintain reporting dashboards and ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or Performance Marketing.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads .
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Willing to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) , Google Tag Manager (GTM) , or Looker Studio .
- Basic knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and conversion tracking.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead management systems.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar productivity tools.
- Experience managing multiple brands or digital campaigns is an advantage.
