Marketing Specialist

- Assist in implementing marketing campaigns
- Create and schedule content for social media and emails
- Manage daily posts and engagement on social platforms
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports
- Coordinate with sales and fulfillment teams for aligned messaging
- Support event planning, promos, and influencer partnerships
- Handle admin tasks like file management and documentation
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing basics
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager or similar platforms
- Knowledge in SEO, Google Analytics, and Canva/Adobe
- Video editing or content planning experience is a plus
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, content creation, or social media
- Internship or background in digital/e-commerce settings is a plus
- Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment preferred
