Job Requirements - Preferably Filipino national fluent in Spanish and English
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a call center or BPO, preferably handling digital or tech tasks.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts and achieving goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in digital communication tools and CRM software.
- Candidates must be based in Metro Manila.
- Willing to work onsite.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Spanish client relationships via digital channels.
- Review Spanish client data to spot opportunities for sales support.
- Work with teams to meet Spanish client needs efficiently.
- Track trends and suggest solutions to improve Spanish client outcomes.
- Prepare regular updates and reports for Spanish accounts.
- Handle Spanish client inquiries and issues professionally.
