Accounting Specialist

Accounting assistant - makati
Educational Attainment: Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting,
Finance, or any other allied course.
Experience: At least six (6) months of experience in Accounts
Receivable (AR) is an advantage; however, fresh graduates are welcome
to apply.
1. Assist in the analysis of various Trial Balance Accounts for Audit
and for FS presentation purposes.
2. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial
reports and other governmental reportorial requirements.
3. Assist in the maintenance/updates of the MS Dynamics
accounting system.
4. Assist in the preparation of schedules, reconciliation and other
related documents for BIR Audit Cases and other governmental
reporting agencies.
5. Assist in the preparation of FS and schedules and other
necessary audit procedures.
6. Assist in checking of Bank Reconciliation and make sure that all
the reconciling items are properly recorded and adjusted on the
timely basis.
7. Assist in preparation of BIR Tax Returns (0619E/1601EQ,
0619F/1601FQ, 2550Q) – EWT, Final Tax and Vat Returns – with
alphalist and Summary List of Sales, Purchases and Importation
8. Assist in preparation of Accounts Payable (AP) Vouchers, Check
Vouchers, Journal Vouchers.
9. Assist in preparation of daily cash position and check releasing.
10. Assist in preparation of documents for Importation purposes.
11. Assist in updating of reports/schedules:
- Purchase Order
- CAPEX
- Contractor’s Monitoring
12. Performs all other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
